Complaints procedure

You can report your complaint via an email with the subject complaint and your order number.

After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us.

We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it needs more time, we will inform you.

We see every complaint as a challenge and aim for 100% customer satisfaction.

That is why we try to solve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction and we will look for the best solution together with you.
